The Forde Inquiry Panel, chaired by Martin Forde QC, was appointed by the National Executive Committee of the Labour Party to undertake an independent investigation into the circumstances and contents of the report entitled “The work of the Labour Party’s Governance and Legal Unit in relation to antisemitism, 2014-2019”.

The investigation was set up in response to allegations that the Party has failed to deal appropriately with accusations relating to antisemitism, and by extension other forms of racism and offensive or inappropriate behaviour.

The report was published on 19th July 2022.
