Rory Badenoch, instructed by Lynda Reynolds of Hugh James Solicitors, represented the family of David Morton-Holmes at the inquest into his death which took place on 17th May 2022 at the East Sussex Coroner’s Court. Mr Morton-Holmes, aged 55 at the time of his death, was inappropriately administered thrombolytic treatment for a suspected stoke on 4th February 2019 resulting in intracerebral haemorrhages and his death on 8th February 2019.
