The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) 17th report into the investigation into institutional response to allegations of child sexual abuse involving Lord Janner has been published today. The investigation considered the factors which may have affected different institutions from effectively responding to allegations. The report is based on three weeks of predominantly closed hearings held virtually during the pandemic. Matthew Hill acted as Junior Counsel to the Inquiry.
