Iain O’Donnell was instructed by Norfolk Trading Standards to prosecute a man for unnecessary suffering of an animal. After a vet raised concerns with World Horse Welfare (WHW) and a site visit by their staff, WHW contacted Norfolk Trading Standards about neglect of thirteen horses. Their owner pled guilty at trial and was given a twenty year ban from owning horses as well as a suspended sentence.
