On 13th April 2021 a group of barristers from 1 Crown Office Row participated in the Sutton Trust Pathways to Law Insight Week. Alice Kuzmenko led the interactive session, appearing with Judith Rogerson, Emma-Louise Fenelon, and Angus McCullough QC.  They discussed ‘Imposter Syndrome’ with over 160 students on the Pathways to Law programme; how it can affect those in the legal profession, the problems it can cause, and their own experiences of it – as well as how to tackle it and try to use it positively.   It was wonderful to have so many students involved, as the group sought to address at least some of a huge number of insightful questions posted, in a session that aimed to encourage and inspire the students to consider a career at the Bar.
