Congratulations to Christian Howells on his appointment to the Welsh Government’s A Panel of Counsel, having previously been appointed to the B Panel of Counsel. His appointment comes into effect on 1st March 2021.
Christian is an associate member of 1 Crown Office Row and a public law specialist. He is currently representing the Welsh Government as junior counsel in a judicial review of the UK Internal Market Act 2020.
