Emma-Louise Fenelon, instructed by Sophie Barbour at Hempsons, was instructed to represent an individual doctor at a four week inquest investigation into the care of Averil Hart, who died at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, on 15 December 2012 following a battle with anorexia nervosa.
Owing to Covid, the hybrid inquest was heard at Peterborough Town Hall, Huntingdon Racecourse and remotely.
