Chambers are pleased to welcome our two pupils as full tenants today. After an unusual pupillage we are delighted to give them a warm welcome as full tenants building their practice across all of chambers’ practice areas.
Henry Tufnell was called in 2018. During pupillage he gained experience across all chambers’ core practice areas. His own recent work includes advising on the prospects of an appeal from the Employment Appeal Tribunal and drafting submissions for an Art.2 inquest for the family. Prior to coming to the Bar, Henry majored in history at Brown University, Rhode Island. After graduating, he ran professionally in the 800m and 1500m, spending months training at altitude in the Pyrenees and Kenyan mountains.
Alice Kuzmenko was called in 2018 and through her pupillage gained familiarity with all areas of chambers law, recently representing an asylum seeker in the Immigration FTT and the Claimant in a PI case in the County Court. She is a keen swimmer, cyclist, and badminton player, and takes part in the annual Gray’s Inn Miscellany show as an actress and dancer. Alice is fluent in Russian.
