Henry Witcomb QC, instructed by Paul McNeil of Fieldfisher, represented the family of city banker Robert Entenman. He secured a £2.1m settlement from the hospital’s operator, who admitted liability at an early stage.

Robert Entenman, a married 57-year-old American with two children, died at London Bridge hospital a year after suffering irreversible brain damage caused due to a failure to provide him with humidified oxygen which led to respiratory compromise.
