We are looking forward to taking part in the Public law Project‘s all day conference on ‘Judicial review trends and forecasts 2019: Public law and technology’. Talks and workshops will examine the intersection between public law and technology. Michael Spencer Chairs the afternoon sessions, which look at accountability in the digital state, online courts, compliance with the Human Rights Act and the future of environmental judicial reviews. The conference closes with a look at the challenges facing public law and human rights in the future – not to be missed!
