Peter Skelton QC has been instructed to represent the Metropolitan Police at the Undercover Policing Inquiry (UCPI). The Inquiry is chaired by Sir John Mitting and was set up by the Home Secretary in 2015 to investigate the work of undercover police officers England and Wales since 1968, including sexual relationships between officers and civilians, and to provide recommendations for the future.
