Jim Duffy and Jo Moore appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown

1 Crown Office Row is delighted to announce that Jim Duffy and Jo Moore have been appointed as Junior Counsel to the Crown (C Panel). Their appointment will be effective from 1^st March 2019.

Jim’s practice spans inquests and inquiries, clinical negligence, personal injury and employment. He was Judicial Assistant to Lord Reed and Lord Hodge in the Supreme Court in 2013-14 having transferred to the Bar in 2012.

Jo has a broad practice in public law and human rights, clinical negligence, inquests and sports law. Since joining 1COR she has acted for the Government in multiple British nationality judicial reviews and was instructed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office during the “Mau Mau” litigation. Jo is also Head of Outreach at 1COR.’
