Martin Forde QC has been invited to speak at the Intensive Care Society’s (ICS) legal and ethical seminar aimed at providing clarification and address the real-life legal and ethical problems faced by medical professionals. His talk begins at 2pm on 14th September and will focus on on ‘Medical Manslaughter: Just how easy is it to get convicted?’
