In an attempt to create a more diverse and inclusive bar, 1COR has set up a scheme to enable people from less privileged backgrounds to increase their chances of gaining pupillage with us through an Equality and Diversity Mini-Pupillage Scheme.
Our first successful candidate on the scheme commenced her mini-pupillage with us this week.
