The Upper Tribunal is hearing the claims of four Syrian children living in the “jungle” camp in Calais.
The children claim that they have family in the UK, and are seeking to be allowed into the UK to make their claims for asylum, without claiming asylum in France, and bypassing the Dublin Regulation.
