Adam Wagner and Diarmuid Laffan are junior counsel for the appellant in the important case of R v Jogee, where the Supreme Court will consider the highly controversial “joint enterprise” doctrine. They are led by Felicity Gerry QC The Court will consider, amongst other things, whether the law of Joint Enterprise is compatible with Article 7 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The Supreme Court is hearing the case on 27, 28 and 29 October 2015.
