Elizabeth-Anne Gumbel QC and Henry Witcomb are representing the family in the inquest into the death of Horatio Chapple who was on a school expedition to Svalbard in Norway when he and four others were attacked by a polar bear. Concerns have been raised as to the way in which the expedition was conducted by the organisers, British Expedition Society (BES).
