Iain O’Donnell has successfully represented a former choirboy who suffered years of abuse in the 1970s by a Church of England priest resulting in an award of 」200,000 in compensation. This award will help to cover the cost of psychological treatment and loss of earnings. The claim for compensation follows a criminal trial in which the priest, Halahan, was found guilty of four counts of indecent assault.
