We are delighted to announce that Sarah Lambert has today been appointed as a Deputy Costs Judge (Taxing Master) of the Senior Courts.
For the purpose of costs assessments in cases dealt with in the Principal Registry of the Family Division and in the County Court jurisdiction, Sarah has also additionally been appointed as a Deputy District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division and as a Deputy District Judge of the County Court. This follows on from her appointment as a Recorder of the South Eastern Circuit in 2012. Sarah will perform these functions alongside her practice as a Barrister.
