Iain O’Donnell has secured lifetime disqualification orders against two prolific and well-established cock-fighters, following their convictions under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 for multiple offences of animal fighting and cruelty in relation to hundreds of animals seized from their premises in August 2011. The successful prosecution followed a lengthy investigation conducted by the RSPCA’s Special Operations Unit, which involved evidence-gathering both in England and abroad.
