Applications are currently being invited from senior practitioners of at least 8 years’ call to join our public law group.
The group, led by Neil Garnham QC and seven other silks, has a busy practice and an improving quantity and quality of work in areas such as human rights, public inquiries, judicial review, inquests, immigration and asylum, local government and police. We currently have a total of 22 Members on the Attorney General’s A, B and C Panels also doing interesting public and administrative law work for the Government.
