The Black Solicitors Network (BSN) published its 6th Diversity League Table on 14 November. One Crown Office Row was ranked fourth overall in the 18 Chambers that took part in the survey. The table is compiled from an analysis of four diversity strands of disability, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation. The overall rankings take into account the demographic rankings, and also a component which assesses “Policy & Practice”.

Although we have been toppled from the No 1 spot we occupied last year in this League Table, a larger number of sets agreed to take part this year, increasing the competition in both number and quality. We are pleased to have been ranked so highly against this competition and to have this recognition of the importance we place on fostering diversity and equality in Chambers.

The League Table publication analyses the diversity profiles of many of the UK’s leading firms and Chambers, also ranking them in key areas before compiling the various tables which come together to give the overall Diversity League Table.
