Gregory Chambers has retired as a Member of Chambers with effect from the end of May 2010 after 37 years at 1 Crown Office Row. He joined Chambers as a pupil in 1973 after a short career in the City. During this time, he contributed actively to the success of the set and was, for many years, its Head of Pupillage. His good humour, wit and solid common sense will be sorely missed by everyone in Chambers and by all those who instructed him. Chambers wishes him a long and fulfilling retirement.
