Stuart Wright is our Head of Civil Litigation and an ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator.
Stuart has a dedicated civil practice and has received consistently strong independent directory ratings throughout his career. He is regularly instructed in a range of common law matters with particular expertise in all aspects of property law and commercial disputes. Whilst predominantly practising throughout the South East, he travels nationally when required.
Stuart qualified as a mediator in 2014 and regularly accepts instructions in a wide range of civil & commercial disputes. His career spanning more than two decades as a civil barrister, together with his ability to identify and focus on the issues at the heart of the dispute, provide a firm foundation for his mediation work.
Stuart is recognised as a leading junior by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, having consistently featured every year since 2008.
