Stuart Wright

Stuart Wright was our Head of Civil Litigation from 2018 – 2025 and qualified as an ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator in 2014. Stuart retains a busy civil practice which compliments his work as a mediator.

Stuart has a dedicated civil practice and has received consistently strong independent directory ratings throughout his career. He is regularly instructed in a range of common law matters with particular expertise in all aspects of property law and commercial disputes. Whilst predominantly practising throughout the South East, he travels nationally when required.

Stuart qualified as a mediator in 2014 and regularly accepts instructions in a wide range of civil & commercial disputes. His career spanning more than two decades as a civil barrister, together with his ability to identify and focus on the issues at the heart of the dispute, provide a firm foundation for his mediation work.
