1COR Brighton welcomes four new pupils - Sep 2025
Sophia Pascoe joined Chambers as a family law pupil in September 2025.
Sophia currently represents the pupil community as a Pupil Ambassador on Inner Temple’s Education and Training Committee, ensuring that their interests are heard across all levels of the Inn. She has also acted as a supervisor for the Brighton University Law Clinic.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Sophia worked as a Residential Property Paralegal, alongside volunteering for her Inn, ‘Young Bar Mentoring’, and ‘When Life Gives You Lemons’, an organisation supporting first-generation immigrant women in their career ambitions.
During her LLB, Sophia was second year course representative and President of Southampton Law School. She completed her BTC and LLM in 2024, writing her final masters project on reporting in family courts. Throughout the BTC she competed in Inner Temple Debating Society’s Rawlinson Cup and annual Public Speaking Competition.
Sophia is fluent in Bulgarian.
