Simon has experience acting on behalf of landlords/housing associations in possession proceedings and injunctions in the County Court; as well as proceedings for lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Additionally, he regularly undertakes advisory work for landlords on enforceability of leases, recovery of arrears and terminations.
