Olivia Price

Olivia Price accepts instructions in both private and public family law.

Olivia joined Chambers in September 2026 following the successful completion of her pupillage.

She has developed a busy practice across private and public children law, domestic abuse and financial remedies. During pupillage, Olivia appeared in court regularly, representing local authorities, parents and children through their guardians. She has represented parents in complex, multi-day fact-finding and final hearings, and has acted for both husbands and wives in financial remedy proceedings. Olivia also acted as a supervisor to students at the University of Brighton Legal Clinic.

Olivia has received particularly positive feedback from both the judiciary and instructing solicitors. Her ability to identify and prioritise the key issues, synthesise large volumes of information and produce high-quality work under significant time pressure has been noted. Feedback has also highlighted the maturity of her advocacy and case preparation for her year of call, together with her thorough and pragmatic approach to her cases.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Olivia worked as a paralegal from 2022 to 2025. In this role, she gained experience and assisted in complex and ultra-high net worth financial remedies disputes, as well as private and international children matters in the jurisdictions of England & Wales and Bermuda.

Alongside her studies, Olivia volunteered as a Student Legal Advisor at The University of Law Family Law Clinic from 2022 to 2024. She advised clients and represented them in private children proceedings at the East London Family Court. Olivia also volunteers as a mentor to aspiring barristers through the ‘Young Bar Mentoring Scheme’ at the Inner Temple.
