Prior to joining the Bar, Nicola worked as a paralegal at a specialist Family Law firm assisting mostly in Private Children and Financial Remedy matters. Nicola has also volunteered as a mentor for Sussex pathways meeting with offenders both inside Lewes prison and in the community, as well as with the Gatwick Detainees Welfare Group meeting with individuals detained in Brook House.
