Children (Public Law)
Neville specialises in public law children’s work and has an extensive local authority practice as well as acting for parents and guardians. Before his call to the Bar, he was, for a few years, a solicitor employed by the West Sussex County Council specialising in care work.
He has experience at all levels from High Court hearings to county court and family proceedings courts.
His interest in children’s welfare, and not an interest in politics, led him to becoming the Secretary to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Children under the chairmanship of the late Baroness Faithfull. He greatly enjoyed that but resigned as his practice at the Bar took up most of his time.View full profile »
