Natasha accepts instructions in public and private law children cases, including those involving domestic abuse and substance misuse. In addition, Natasha has a particular interest in cases involving children with specialist healthcare needs and cases with religious elements. Natasha acts for all parties including parents, local authorities, professional guardians and prospective special guardians.

Natasha appears on behalf of parents, grandparents and Guardians in relation to private law applications in disputes around contact arrangements in separated families. Natasha has recently given a number of seminars to legal professionals on topics relating to private law children disputes, including in relation to vaccines.
Natasha represents parties at all stages of applications for protective injunctions, including emergency applications.
Natasha represents all parties at all stages of care proceedings including parents, grandparents and Guardians. She was recently led by Head of Family, Adam Smith, in a complex fact-finding hearing involving multiple experts.
