Natasha accepts instructions in all areas of family law including financial remedies, divorces and domestic abuse as well as care proceedings and private law applications involving children. In addition, Natasha has a particular interest in cases involving children with specialist healthcare needs and cases with religious elements.Children (Private Law)
Natasha appears on behalf of parents, grandparents and Guardians in relation to private law applications in disputes around contact arrangements in separated families. Natasha has recently given a number of seminars to legal professionals on topics relating to private law children disputes, including in relation to vaccines.
Natasha advises and represents parties at all stages of financial remedy disputes, including enforcement of final orders. She can also advise on contested divorce matters, including matters relating to religious marriages.
Natasha represents parties at all stages of applications for protective injunctions, including emergency applications.
Natasha represents all parties at all stages of care proceedings including parents, grandparents and Guardians. She was recently led by Head of Family, Adam Smith, in a complex fact-finding hearing involving multiple experts.
