Police Law

Mark is regularly instructed in all areas of Police Law, and has experience appearing in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, and the Crown Court in a range of civil applications brought by the Police including:

• Domestic Violence Protections Orders & Domestic Abuse Protection Orders
• Stalking Protection Orders
• Sexual Risk Orders
• Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, including applications to vary existing orders imposed by the Crown Court
• Forfeiture proceedings brought under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002
• Closure Orders
• Violent Offender Orders
• Slavery and Trafficking Risk Orders
• Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
• Applications for police disclosure in the Family Court
Mark also has experience appearing in civil actions brought against the Police.
