Mark accepts instructions acting for both Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of Personal Injury cases, including where credit hire is in dispute.

Alongside trials, Mark is regularly instructed in procedural hearings including applications to set aside default judgment, relief from sanctions, and strike out applications.
