Personal Injury

Mark accepts instructions acting for both Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of Personal Injury cases, including Road Traffic Collisions where credit hire is in dispute. He regularly appears in Small Claims and Fast Track trials, along with Stage 3 and Infant Settlement Hearings.

Alongside trials, Mark is regularly instructed in procedural hearings including applications to set aside default judgment, relief from sanctions, and strike out applications. He has previously been successful in applying to disapply a limitation period under section 33 of the Limitation Act 1980.
