Mark accepts instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents in proceedings brought before the Employment Tribunal. He has previously been instructed in cases alleging discrimination.

Mark can be instructed at all stages of proceedings, including advising and drafting pre-issue, appearing at Preliminary Hearings and at full hearings. Mark also has experience representing clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution such as mediations.
