Hope is frequently instructed in care proceedings acting for Local Authorities, Guardians and Parents, including urgent hearings, contested EPOs and ICOs, through to final hearings.

Hope represents parents with complex needs including clients with substance misuse issues, learning difficulties and poor mental health. Hope is also regularly instructed to appear in FDAC proceedings.

As well as undertaking final hearings, Hope regularly deals with emergency hearings before the court, including ICOs and EPOs. She also deals with out of hour applications.
