Gavin Howe completed a common law pupillage with Crown Office Row in 2004 and, as a result, he has developed a diverse practice on the South Eastern circuit. Gavin predominantly practises in the field of child protection work and financial remedy proceedings. He is regularly instructed by local authorities, by parents, and by Children’s Guardians.
Gavin is experienced in the area of matrimonial finance having started his practice in this area in 2005, he is regularly instructed in high value matrimonial proceedings for financial remedies pursuant to Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 and Trusts of Land and Appointments of Trustees Act 1995.
