Delia Minoprio is a specialist family practitioner. She joined Chambers in January 2019 following a successful London practice at 42 Bedford Row.
Delia accepts instructions in all aspects of family law children work. Both public law care proceedings and private family law matters. She acts for parents, children, Local Authorities and interveners and has appeared in court all over the country including the High Court, and the Court of Appeal. Delia has been instructed on cases relating to Non Accidental Injuries: fractures and bilateral subconjunctival haemorrhages and ‘pool of perpetrator’ fact findings in relation to serious sexual abuse.
Prior to joining the Bar, Delia worked as in-house Counsel to The Rt Hon Lord Justice Thorpe in his capacity as Head of International Family Justice for two years.
