Anogika regularly appears in the Crown Courts and Magistrates’ Courts at all stages of proceedings. She has had conduct of Crown Court trials. She is also instructed in the Youth Courts and has assisted with cases in the Court of Appeal.
She regularly appears in cases involving drugs, domestic violence, serious violence and offences of dishonesty as well as in cases involving road traffic law. Anogika has had conduct of Crown Court trials.
She has experience in cases involving young and vulnerable witnesses and defendants. Anogika is happy to provide advice and assistance at any stage of a case.
Before joining the Bar, Anogika volunteered at the Centre for Criminal Appeals.
She also has significant experience at the international criminal tribunals.
- R v K (2021): Hove Crown Court – PWITS Class A drugs. This trial involved the cross-examination of a forensic expert.
