Amy Sims accepts instructions in both private and public family law.

Amy joined chambers as a tenant in January 2026, after completing pupillage.

During pupillage, Amy appeared regularly in court in both private and public law matters including representing the local authority, parents and the children’s guardian.

Prior to pupillage, Amy was a paralegal between 2019-2022 representing parents in both private and public law matters. Since 2022 until starting pupillage Amy was a Child Care Lawyer at West Sussex County Council representing the Local Authority in care proceedings.
