We are delighted to welcome Melissa Dieter as a full tenant. Melissa joins 1COR after successfully completing her pupillage with us and is accepting instructions in both private and public family law.
During pupillage, Melissa represented clients in both private and public law children matters. Melissa has also had regular instructions to represent applicants and respondents in proceedings for non-molestation orders and occupation orders. Melissa has recently represented a client at a contested final hearing concerning external relocation as well as accepted instructions in relation to contempt proceedings.
Melissa has been led in a complex fact-finding hearing by Pauline Troy involving multiple leading juniors and silks.
