Clare Ciborowska, instructed by Emma Taylor of GoodLaw LLP, successfully appealed in private law children proceedings against the District Judge’s decision to impose an Interim Care Order at a First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointment (FHDRA). The order had directed that the child remain at home “until further order.” The appeal also challenged a Prohibited Steps Order (PSO) preventing the father, who appeared as a litigant in person, from removing the child from the UK.
