On Tuesday evening, 1COR barristers offered support to the legal profession, particularly CILEX-qualified legal professionals, by hosting a seminar on the ramifications of Mazur v Charles Russell Speechlys LLP [2025] EWHC 2341 (KB).
The evening provided a valuable forum for over 200 members of the legal community to come together to begin unpacking the complex implications of this recent decision.
The event was chaired by Jacqueline Roach, Head of the Family Team, and featured expert legal analysis from Michael Walker (Head of the Civil Team), Matthew Withers (Civil Team), and Clare Ciborowska (Family Team).
