Fran Wiley KC and Katelyn Gottschling appeared on behalf of the intervenor in a non-accidental injury case where the intervenor faced allegations of causing bruising and multiple fractures to a 3-week-old child. The intervenor was exonerated of causing any harm to the child and excluded from the pool of perpetrators.
