On 26th January, Amanda Minto (dual qualified barrister of England and Wales and attorney of the Cayman Islands, family practitioner) and Matthew Withers (barrister of England and Wales, civil practitioner) presented a seminar focused on practical tips and tricks when dealing with trusts, companies and other offshore wealth management tools within financial remedy proceedings.
Amanda’s practical knowledge of financial remedy proceedings in England and Wales as well as in the Cayman Islands together with Matthew’s insights as a civil practitioner and experience of intervenor work combined to give the audience a practical checklist of matters to think about when approaching cases where assets are managed via complex structures.
