Kate Richmond updates CILEX members on some of the recent changes to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) including key revisions to Part 36 offers and changes to the rules on Statements of Truth and Witness Statements. She also discussed changes to Witness Statements in the Business and Property Courts and includes an overview on CPR 1.6 and the new CPR PD 1A about the participation of vulnerable parties or witnesses.
