Sophie Evans, instructed by the CPS, prosecuted Lee Davidoff for exposing his genitals on multiple occasions to women in Chichester. His actions were in breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order prohibiting him from exposing himself in public, which was made following previous very similar offences in Norwich in 2018. The judge activated his suspended sentence and jailed him for 86 weeks. He was made subject to a further Sexual Harm Prevention Order and placed on the Sex Offenders Register for ten years.
