In March 2019, David Bingham was made Chair of the Education Committee for the Institute of Barristers Clerks (IBC). This means that he is also now a member of the Executive Committee and Management Committee. David stepped forward to take over this role, after his success with Chairing the IBC Annual Conference. It wetted his appetite to continue the education of Barristers Clerks throughout the country. More information here.
