On 6 June Paul represented supporting creditor Web-Sheriff Ltd. at the hearing of bankruptcy petitions against James Stunt, the former husband of Petra Ecclestone. Web-Sheriff was owed £62,000 and had served a statutory demand which had not been set aside.  At the end of a tense hearing in a packed hearing room in the High Court, Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Jones refused an application for a further adjournment and made a bankruptcy order.
