Matthew was instructed to resist an application for an interim injunction relating to a dispute about restraint of trade and the alleged misuse of confidential information, in the High Court Queen’s Bench Division. Representing the defendants, a former employee and a new business venture, Matthew negotiated a settlement of the application and the underlying claim, which allowed his clients to continue their new business.
