Stuart Wright successfully represented a London based specialist laser hair removal clinic in a personal injury claim by an actress who has appeared in a variety of TV and West End shows.
The claim, which included a claim for lost earnings, alleged negligent treatment causing hyper-pigmentation and serious consequential psychological trauma.
Following extensive cross-examination, in which Stuart Wright was able to highlight a wide range of inconsistencies in the Claimant’s case, the Court agreed with his submissions that the Claimant was an unreliable witness and went on to dismiss the claim in its entirety.
